These Terms of Service apply to your use of bbdwatches.com (the "Store") and to every purchase you make from it. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Using the Store

You agree to use the Store lawfully, to give accurate information when you order, and not to misuse it (for example by attempting to access it without permission, interfering with its operation or placing fraudulent orders).

Products and information

We describe and photograph our watches as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product availability can change, and we may update or remove products at any time.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is completed only when payment is authorised. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if we suspect fraud, if a product is unavailable, or if a pricing error occurred.

Your order

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation shows that we received your order, and the contract is formed once we confirm that it has been accepted for delivery. We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary, and will then refund any payment already made.

Delivery

Delivery times, tracking and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before you pay.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Full conditions, the return address and refund details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory withdrawal rights.

Lifetime warranty

Every Binbond watch is covered by our lifetime warranty. If your watch develops a defect, contact us at info@bbdwatches.com with your order number and a short description or photo of the problem, and we will refund you in full.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs or normal wear and tear. This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which are not affected.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to goods sold in the European Union.

Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, images, graphics and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Store, or for interruptions of the Store beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, write to us at info@bbdwatches.com and we will do our best to resolve it quickly. As a consumer, you may also have the right to use an out-of-court dispute resolution body.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Portugal. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of that country, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
