Complimentary delivery, worldwide. Every Binbond order ships free of charge, wherever you are.

Delivery time

Your order arrives within 10 business days of your purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your country and on the carrier.

Order confirmation and tracking

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we will email you again with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you do not see our emails, please check your spam folder.

Taxes and customs

The price you pay at checkout includes all applicable taxes. No customs duties or import taxes are charged to you on delivery.

Delivery address

Please check your name, address and phone number carefully before you pay, because carriers use them to deliver and to contact you. If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@bbdwatches.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update it for you.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days, or if it arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us at info@bbdwatches.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and make it right.
